Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in Transaction Strategy, Technology Strategy, or Technology Transformation. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage large to mid-sized engagements or workstreams of large engagements to solve complex transaction lifecycle issues. Lead projects spanning one or more technology functions, including Application, Data, Cyber, Infra, Cutover, and IT Operating Model. Establish regular connectivity and reporting to regional TSE partners, building relationships with EY offices globally. Engage on larger SaT projects and pitch potential technology interventions, analyzing the evolving market environment and building solutions/services accordingly. Develop Point of View documents and support business development initiatives, providing insights and observations based on technology, industry, and functional knowledge. Manage consultants and analysts, helping them develop expertise in technology and transaction strategy while mentoring them to deliver high-quality output on engagements. ### Job Requirements Post Graduate degree in business management from a premier institute with 17+ years of applicable consulting experience. At least 7 years of experience in Transaction Strategy, Technology Strategy, or Technology Transformation within a top-tier consulting firm. Experience in managing complex technology aspects throughout the M&A transaction lifecycle. Hands-on experience in managing large transactions and complex technology transformation projects. Working experience in Due Diligence, particularly IT Due Diligence, Cyber Diligence, and Technology Diligence. Experience in post-deal transaction lifecycle, including separation/separation planning, standalone models and costing, application/infra/data separation, cutover management, TSA costing and exit, day-1 planning, and logical separation. Experience in Technology Cost optimization, Technology Business Management, IT Budget forecasting, IT Chargeback, Cloud Economics, Cloud Financial Management, IT Value realization, and IT Org sizing. Experienced in Business Development activities such as RFPs, opportunity pursuits, and winning large to mid-sized deals.
