Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 7 to 12 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager in Commercial Strategy, located in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial functions and hands-on experience with advanced analytics, including Machine Learning and AI. ### Roles and Responsibility Support clients in achieving commercial excellence through data analytics. Build relationships with EY offices globally and demonstrate knowledge of regional practices. Develop and implement analytical solutions for commercial functions such as pricing strategy, category management, and marketing effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement. Identify opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of services provided using current technology and tools. Design and develop new solutions and tools leveraging advanced statistical and Machine Learning models. ### Job Requirements Postgraduate degree (MBA) in Business, Finance, or Marketing. Minimum 7 years of related work experience in commercial functions. Experience working with technologies like Python/R, SQL, Power BI, and advanced analytics. Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and AI. Strong leadership and relationship-building skills. Ability to translate client questions into analytic plans and project scopes. Understanding of M&A life cycle, carve-out/integration of a business post-announcement of transaction, and cross-border M&A. Willingness to undertake international travel as per business requirements.
