Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Strategy team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in strategy consulting, with expertise in growth strategy, market entry assessment, go-to-market strategy, strategic options study, portfolio & corporate strategy, business model redesign, strategic cost evaluation, digital & innovation strategy, and financial and business research. ### Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement growth strategies for clients across various industries. Conduct market and portfolio strategy engagements for corporates using an issue-based approach. Support business development activities by steering specific pursuits and developing long-standing advisory relationships with senior clients. Participate in building a sector-focused practice across EY service lines. Contribute to the development of intellectual capital in service line and industry practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients. ### Job Requirements MBA or Master’s degree from a Tier 1 B-School, CFA or CA charter holder. Experience in executing and managing strategy consulting engagements, client engagement skills, and delivering strategic insights on accounts and sectors. Strong understanding of financial and business research, including databases such as CapIQ and Thomson One. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and solve problems strategically. Experience working with global stakeholders and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Project management skills and exposure to tools like PowerBI and Alteryx are desirable.
