SAS Fraud Management - Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAS Fraud Management Consultant with a strong understanding of fraud detection, investigation workflows, and SAS technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAS Fraud Management (SFM) and a strong background in data analysis, ETL, and rule development to support fraud detection systems across banking or financial domains.Key Responsibilities:Implement, configure, and support SAS Fraud Management (SFM) solutions.Develop and optimize fraud detection rules and scenarios based on business requirements.Analyze fraud trends and create data-driven strategies to minimize risk.Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Maintain and enhance ETL processes for data integration using SAS tools.Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including risk, compliance, and IT.Prepare technical documentation and provide training/support to end-users.Required Skills:35 years of experience in SAS Fraud Management (SFM) implementation and support.Strong understanding of fraud lifecycle and fraud analytics in BFSI domain.Hands-on experience in SAS Base, SAS DI Studio, and SAS SQL.Good knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, and data cleansing.Experience in developing, tuning, and maintaining fraud rules/scenarios in SFM.Familiarity with SMC (SAS Management Console), and SAS Visual Analytics is a plus.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services domain.Exposure to regulatory compliance and fraud risk strategies.SAS Certification(s) will be an added advantage.
