The SAP TM Consultant is responsible for the successful delivery of Transportation Management (TM) module deliverables on SAP Distribution engagements, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. As a senior functional consultant, hands-on experience in the following areas in SAP TM is required: - Configure the system, prepare functional specifications, test development objects, track defects, and fix defects. - Knowledgeable in SAP TM Master Data Management, Order Management integration, Planning, and various SAP TM business processes. - Experience in integration with other SAP modules like SAP SD/SAP MM. Skills and attributes for success: - 5+ years of experience in SAP and 3+ years of experience in implementation, support, and upgrade projects in SAP TM. - Functional and business knowledge in S4HANA embedded TM and SAP TM 9.5 version. - Ability to interact with cross-functional teams, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead workshops and technical sessions. - Knowledge of BRF plus, PPF, BOPF, ABAP, and debugging would be an advantage. - Degree in Engineering or MBA in Supply Chain Area, desired SAP TM certification.
