Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing key activities for the Tax Compliance COE team, focusing on tax compliance activities such as providing information for CIT filings, preparation of data for transfer pricing documentation, US GAAP tax provision calculations, and accounts reconciliations for direct tax GLs. You will also play a key role in managing relationships between Tax, Controllership, and Tax consultants, leading tax compliance projects, and providing mentoring to junior team members. Additionally, you will be involved in conflict management, resolution, optimization, and automation goals. Key Responsibilities: - Provide information for complex direct tax compliance requirements - Prepare complex US GAAP tax provision calculations - Manage relationships between Tax, Controllership, and Tax consultants - Provide information for filing Corporate Income tax returns - Provide information for transfer pricing documentation - Lead key tax compliance projects - Conduct reviews with stakeholders such as tax, controllership, auditors, etc. - Provide mentoring to junior team members - Manage conflict resolution - Work towards optimization and automation goals - Identify opportunities for process efficiencies - Establish controls to validate the accuracy of shared data - Provide regular progress updates to management Qualifications Required: - Finance professional, CA with 8-10 years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related fields - Strong knowledge in Accounting and Tax domains - Proficiency in using SAP/S4 HANA - Ability to work under stringent deadlines - Effective communication and influencing skills - Ability to challenge the status quo and innovate for better results - Strong teamwork skills - Good business acumen (Note: No additional details about the company were mentioned in the job description.),
