Financial Analyst - Controllership and Tax

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing key activities for the Tax Compliance COE team, focusing on various tax compliance activities such as providing information for CIT filings, preparing data for transfer pricing documentation, handling US GAAP tax provision calculations, and performing accounts reconciliations for direct tax GLs. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships between Tax, Controllership, Tax consultants, and other stakeholders. Conflict management, resolution, mentoring junior team members, and leading tax compliance projects will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will be expected to provide regular progress updates to management and work towards optimization and automation goals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage to provide information for complex direct tax compliance requirements - Prepare complex US GAAP tax provision calculations - Manage relationships between Tax, Controllership, and Tax consultants - Provide information required for filing of Corporate Income tax returns - Provide information required for transfer pricing documentation - Lead tax compliance projects and review with stakeholders - Provide mentoring to junior team members - Conduct conflict management and resolution - Manage optimization and automation goals - Understand underlying processes to identify efficiencies - Establish controls to validate shared data accuracy - Provide regular progress updates to management Qualifications Required: - Finance professional, CA with 8-10 years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related field - Strong knowledge in Accounting and Tax domains - Willingness to understand complex systems and processes - Proven ability to work under stringent deadlines - Effective communicator with the skills to drive towards organizational goals - Advanced skills in using SAP/S4 HANA - Ability to challenge the status quo and find digitized ways for better results - Strong communication and influencing skills - Excellent teamwork skills - Good business acumen,
