Key Responsibilities: - Take charge of delivering SAP TM module-related tasks in SAP and S4 HANA projects to meet objectives and budget goals - Lead design workshops, gather requirements, design solutions, conduct gap analysis, write function specifications, configure, test, and manage cutover activities for both standalone SAP systems and embedded SAP TM in S4 HANA - Integrate SAP TM system with other SAP/S4 HANA modules and 3rd party systems - Provide functional expertise, resolve TM-related issues, mentor junior team members, and handle complex scenarios like shipper, LSP, and carriers - Collaborate with the sales team, write proposals, define scope, estimate efforts, and showcase SAP TM capabilities to potential clients - Engage in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support - Prioritize work, drive system solutions, and articulate business needs effectively to drive results Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA in Supply Chain Area - SAP certification on SAP TM is desired - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP, with 3+ years in implementation, support, and upgrade projects in SAP TM - Strong knowledge in SAP TM Master Data Management, Order Management integration, Planning, and SAP TM business processes - Ability to interact with cross-functional teams, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and leadership capabilities - Knowledge of ABAP, debugging, BRF plus, PPF, and BOPF will be advantageous Note: The job description does not contain any additional details about the company.,
