Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and execute SAP MM testing activities, ensuring adherence to testing best practices and methodologies.
Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans for SAP Retail and Material Management.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, ABAP teams, and Functional Analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into effective testing scenarios.
Manage and mentor testing resources, promoting best practices and continuous improvement in testing processes.
Utilize test management tools to track testing progress, manage defects, and report on testing KPIs.
Ensure that all development tasks meet quality criteria through rigorous test planning, execution, and defect management.
Continuously improve testing and validation processes, motivating the team to achieve excellence.
Work closely with the automation team to share functional knowledge and support script development.
Prepare detailed test reports and documentation to communicate testing outcomes effectively.

Skills Required:

Must-Have Skills:

SDLC - The full process of making software, from planning to testing and launching.
Test - Checking if the software works properly by running test cases.

Nice-to-Have Skill:

Testing - Doing different kinds of checks (manual or automated) to find and fix problems in the software.
