SAP TRM Manager

We are currently seeking a candidate with the following key skills and qualifications: - CA / BTech/MBA(Finance) from a Tier 1/2 institute - 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in treasury tech advisory/finance tech/SAP practice - Mastery in Treasury Management System (TMS/TRM) - Strong understanding of treasury policies, processes, procedures, and reporting requirements - Experience in defining treasury operations in SAP TRM/TMS environment - Familiarity with treasury systems like SAP TRM in ECC and SAP S/4 Hana - Previous TRM configuration experience in treasury components such as Cash and Liquidity, Bank Account Management, Risk Management, etc. - Knowledge of cash and liquidity management, in-house bank setup, cash pooling, borrowings management, investments management, Bank Communication Management within SAP environment - Basic to moderate understanding of Spot and Derivative market operations for interest rates and foreign exchange products - Strong communication skills for interaction with C-Suite - High commitment levels towards work The selected candidate will be responsible for: - Configuring the system based on blueprinting documents - Supporting international corporate organizations in TMS/SAP TRM and Risk Management implementation - Assisting in Treasury and Risk Management implementations - Engaging in business development initiatives, creating proposals, responses to RFPs, thought leaderships, etc. - Interacting independently with CXO level with strong communication skills and confidence - Coaching junior team members for client delivery and career development - The position is based in Mumbai and requires domestic as well as international travel.
