Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Professional with a mandatory 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP TM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions in both basic and advanced shipping scenarios within SAP TM, integrating it seamlessly with SAP ECC or S/4HANA, and optimizing freight planning, execution, charge management, and settlement processes. Key Responsibilities Design and implement solutions in SAP TM, covering both basic and advanced shipping functionalities. Integrate SAP TM with SAP ECC or S/4HANA for seamless logistics execution, ensuring smooth data flow and process alignment. Configure key SAP TM functionalities, including freight planning, execution, charge management, and settlement. Collaborate effectively with carriers and internal logistics teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements. Perform comprehensive testing (unit, integration, user acceptance), manage data migration activities, and provide robust post-go-live support. Work with integration platforms such as SAP PI/PO or SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) for third-party integrations with SAP TM. Ensure all SAP TM solutions and processes comply with relevant regulatory standards and business requirements. Provide expert functional guidance and support to project teams and end-users. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the SAP TM environment. Required Skills & Experience Mandatory: 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM). Strong experience in designing and implementing solutions in SAP TM (basic and advanced shipping). Proven ability to integrate TM with SAP ECC or S/4HANA for logistics execution. Expertise in configuring freight planning, execution, charge management, and settlement processes within SAP TM. Experience collaborating with carriers and logistics teams for process optimization. Hands-on experience in performing testing, data migration, and providing post-go-live support for SAP TM implementations. Familiarity with integration technologies like SAP PI/PO or SAP BTP for third-party integrations. Understanding of compliance with regulatory and business requirements within the transportation domain.
