Role Description

This is a contract position for a SAP TPM Consultant located on-site in India. The consultant will be responsible for optimizing SAP TPM solutions, analyzing business requirements, and developing strategies for seamless integration. Day-to-day tasks include consulting on business processes, managing master data, and ensuring successful implementation of customized SAP systems. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver improved processes and workflows tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SAP CRM/TPM and related Sales/Trade systems.
• In-depth knowledge of Trade Promotion Planning, Fund & Budget Management, Accruals, Settlements, & Claims Management, Customer Hierarchies & Condition Contracts.
• Strong understanding of CPG trade structures (Off-Invoice, Bill-Backs, Scan-backs, Slotting, MDF, etc.).
• Experience with CRM WebUI configuration and TPM planning profiles. Familiarity with S/4HANA pricing, condition contracts, and Fiori apps.
• Ability to write functional specs and work closely with ABAP/PI/CPI teams.
