Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Penetration Tester to join our on-site team in Hyderabad. The role involves conducting penetration tests to identify and address security vulnerabilities in applications, systems, and networks. You will perform tasks such as simulating advanced attack scenarios, reverse engineering malware, conducting cybersecurity assessments, and recommending improvements to enhance overall security. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and keeping up-to-date with emerging threats and techniques will be essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Simulate attacks:

   Perform simulated cyberattacks on networks, applications, and systems to identify weaknesses. 

• Identify vulnerabilities:

   Use a range of tools and techniques, such as port Scanning, Social engineering, and code review, to find security flaws. 

• Document findings:

   Create detailed reports on findings, including which vulnerabilities were exploited and the methods used. 

• Provide remediation advice:

   Offer actionable recommendations to help organizations improve their security posture and fix identified vulnerabilities. 

• Collaborate with teams:

   Work with IT, security, and engineering teams to review code, plan tests, and implement fixes. 

• Develop tools:

   Create and refine scripts, tools, and methodologies to improve the testing process. 

• Report to stakeholders:

   Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, including leadership, to inform them of the security risks.
