Job Description

Job Title:

Experience:

SAP CRM/TPM Consultants

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support end-to-end implementation and support of
SAP CRM TPM
solutions.
Configure and customize
TPM, Funds Management, Pricing, Claims, and Settlement
modules.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Integrate SAP CRM TPM with
SAP ECC/S4HANA
for master data replication and order-to-cash (OTC) processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
SAP Middleware
, data replication, and system performance.
Conduct
unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
.
Provide training and support to business users and ensure smooth adoption of TPM functionalities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including BI/BW for reporting and analytics.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in
SAP CRM TPM
Deep understanding of
Funds Management, Pricing, Claims, and Deduction Settlement
.
Experience with
SAP Middleware
for data replication and issue resolution.
Knowledge of
SAP ECC/S4HANA
integration, especially in OTC and rebate processes.
Familiarity with
BI-IP/BW
for trade promotion analytics is a plus.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP Certification in CRM or TPM modules.
Experience in
CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods)
or
Retail
industry domains.
Exposure to
Agile/Scrum
methodologies.
