Job Description

The role of Senior Associate SAP TM at Teamware Solutions involves being a part of the SAP Tower, with a focus on SAP Transportation Management (TM) and SAP Sales & Distribution (SD). As a Senior Associate, you will work on complex business issues, collaborating with team members, managing deliverables, and contributing to cross-team efforts. You will be responsible for upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct, identifying improvement opportunities, handling data responsibly, and following risk management and compliance procedures. The ideal candidate should have 6-10 years of experience in SAP TM and SD, with expertise in configuring Freight Orders, Freight Contracts, Freight Settlement, and Posting, among other aspects of the TM module. Experience in Embedded TM Implementation is a plus, along with familiarity with PPF, BRF+, Event Management, Parcel/LTL, EDI Integration, and TM Enterprise Structure. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Preferred skills include SAP Certification in the TM Module, experience with Solution Manager, integration knowledge with other modules like SD, MM, EWM, and GTS, and familiarity with ticket management tools and support environments. Exposure to interface monitoring for EDI/IDOCs and hands-on experience with tools like ServiceNow, Solution Manager, Jira, HP4, and MQC are also beneficial.
