Strong written and oral communication skills are essential, along with being a good team player. Preferred skills include SAP Certification on the TM Module, experience using Solution Manager in the implementation, working on integration with other modules like SD, MM, EWM, and GTS, familiarity with ticket management tools, and support relevant work environment, good communication skills in English, exposure to interface monitoring for EDI/IDOCs, and hands-on experience with tools like ServiceNow, Solution Manager, Jira, HP4, MQC, etc. Your role as a Senior Associate in the SAP Tower at PwC will require you to leverage your expertise in SAP TM to deliver value to clients and contribute to the overall success of projects.
