The primary role of a Senior Consultant is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable. Your key responsibilities
Project Delivery Responsibilities (may include some or all the following)
Manage workload and priorities to deliver agreed upon project milestones and objectives set by the business unit or function. Prepare high and detailed estimations of effort to achieve a preferred solution. Collaborate and support other team members during requirements, design, build, and test phases. Provide subject matter expertise in one or more system or applications. Provides input to staffing plans at the project-level to identify key / required skills. Holds project team resources accountable to their deliverables and ensures project execution. Lead and mentor less experienced staff.
Project demands may from time to time require work during non-standard business hours. Skills and attributes for success
Certification in SAP Transportation Management 9.5 or above is preferred (Not Mandatory). Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. 7 years business experience or related experience on medium to large scale projects. Proven record of interacting with multiple business units or functional teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical people. Demonstrated conflict resolution skills. Ability to understand our business, work across business units, be a team player and work in a team-oriented environment. Experienced working with ambiguity and a fast paced and changing environment. Strong problem solving/decision-making skills. Experience leading, persuading and influencing others, including senior level internal and external personnel. Established skills in identifying and developing strategies to address change management issues. SAP or ERP the following areasSupply Chain Execution, Transportation Management.
To qualify for the role, you must have
BachelorsCommerce/ Science / Engineering background from a premier institute preferred 5 to 7 years of experience in SAP Consulting Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal) Work LocationKolkata/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune
Ideally, youll also have
Functional & Technical Experience SAP Transportation Management (TM) Should have exposure to SAP Embedded SAP TM in S/4HANA Should have expertise in Shipper & LSP Scenario Should have Expertise in Freight Unit/Freight Order/Freight Booking/Service Order/Forwarding Order/Settlement Document, Order Integration Setup and Freight Unit Building Rules. Should have Expertise in Page Layout in Transportation Cockpit, Selection Profiles, Planning Profiles, Tendering Profiles. Should have expertise in Transportation Execution, Assignment of Carriers, Charge Calculation and Settlement.
Should have String Technical and Problem-Solving Experience in the below:
Must be expert in OOP ABAP Must be well versed with SAP TM BOBF Elements, Business Objects, Different Types of Nodes and Sub nodes. Must be comfortable in Business Object Enhancements, Custom Business Objects. Must be able to work in FPM UI Enhancements and customization. Experience also needed in POWL, Post processing Framework and Process Controllers.
