Job summary The Sr Consultant role involves leveraging expertise in SAP TM to optimize transportation processes. Responsibilities • Lead the implementation of SAP TM solutions to streamline transportation planning and execution processes. • Oversee order management activities to ensure seamless integration and accurate processing within SAP TM. • Provide expertise in freight cost management and settlement to optimize cost efficiency and accuracy. • Manage subcontracting and tendering processes to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness. • Utilize SAP TM analytics to derive actionable insights and improve decision-making processes. • Integrate SAP TM with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational coherence. • Conduct comprehensive testing of SAP TM functionalities to ensure reliability and performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP TM solutions with business objectives. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SAP TM processes and functionalities. • Support end-users by providing training and troubleshooting assistance for SAP TM applications. • Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades to maintain optimal functionality. • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in SAP TM implementations. • Contribute to the development of strategic plans to leverage SAP TM for business growth.
