As a SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Lead, you will be responsible for the implementation and support of compensation processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your knowledge of Success Factor EC module and business processes related to the compensation cycle - Setting up compensation plan templates - Configuring guidelines and eligibility rules - Creating budgets and performing budget calculations - Experience in Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and XML - Integrating EC with Compensation - Setting up Compensation Statements In addition to the above, you should possess the following qualifications: - 6-9 years of experience in Compensation Implementation & Support - Ability to handle compensation/variable projects independently Kindly note that the additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.,
