About Us

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of

  Job Profile Builder (JPB)

  .
• Define and maintain

  job roles, competencies, and job families

  .
• Integrate JPB with other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as

  Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, and PM/GM

  .
• Partner with the

  SAP Support team

  to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
• Conduct

  testing, training, and knowledge transfer

  for HR and support teams.
• Act as a

  subject matter expert

  on JPB, advising stakeholders on best practices and optimization

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes

• Minimum

  2 full project lifecycles

  implementing SAP Job Profile Builder.
• Strong knowledge of

  SAP SuccessFactors modules

  and

  Role-Based Permissions (RBP)

  .
• Understanding of

  HR processes

  related to job profiles, competencies, and talent management.
• Excellent

  communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  .
• (Preferred)

  SAP SuccessFactors certification

  and experience with large-scale global implementations.
