About Us

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for SAP SuccessFactors, handling complex incidents and service requests.
  • Manage and resolve high-priority tickets with a focus on minimizing business disruption and ensuring service-level adherence.
  • Conduct detailed root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of technical issues.
  • Manage end-to-end case lifecycle within SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, including updates, patches, configuration checks, and performance tuning.
  • Execute and review SuccessChecks to validate system health, data integrity, and compliance with business requirements.
  • Handle technical activities such as configuration, customization, and troubleshooting within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Support and monitor system integrations, including middleware, APIs, and data synchronization between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools (e.g., Check Tool) to assess system performance and preemptively identify issues.
  • Implement small changes such as picklist updates and modifications to foundational objects (e.g., legal entities, cost centres, locations).
  • Design and maintain forms and workflows to support business process improvements.
  • Collaborate on change projects that require architectural input and technical validation, ensuring changes align with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Work within the boundaries of operational scope, focusing on stability and support rather than innovation or new development.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules (e.g., Employee Central, Time Off, Recruitment, Onbaording).
  • Experience in incident and problem management following ITIL best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage priority tickets in high-pressure environments.
  • Competence in case management, troubleshooting, and communication within support ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with routine maintenance and SuccessFactors configuration/customization.
  • Solid understanding of data integrations, middleware, and API-based system communication.
  • Experience with foundation object management and metadata configuration (e.g., picklists, cost centres, locations).
  • Ability to manage small-scale system changes with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Knowledge of workflow management and form development within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Exposure to Check Tool or other system diagnostic utilities.
  • Strong analytical and root cause analysis capabilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
