Roles & Responsibilities:
Payroll Configuration & Support Configure and maintain Employee Central Payroll (ECP) including schema, rules, wage types, infotypes, and payroll results. Handle payroll process mapping, validations, and pre/post-payroll activities. Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and implement corrections. Good understanding about country specific legal requirements and hands on experience with HRSP and releases and upgrades. Good experience with calculations and building of Reward, Performance Management and Leave & Pay in ECP. Good experience with Time and attendance management. Integration & Data Flows Manage replication from EC to ECP (PTP) and validate master data and time data integrations. Support integrations with Finance (FI/CO), Time & Attendance, and third-party vendors. Compliance & Audits Ensure payroll calculations adhere to local, statutory, and global tax/regulatory laws. Maintain audit logs and ensure GDPR and SOX compliance for payroll data. Collaborate with auditors on regular reviews and documentation. Support & Testing Perform UAT, regression testing, and validation for SAP quarterly releases. Monitor error logs, execute payroll control center processes, and resolve issues proactively. Support off-cycle, bonus, and retroactive payments handling.
