Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Employee Central (710 Years Experience) Location: Bangalore / Kolkata / Pune / Hyderabad / Chennai / Bhubaneswar / Delhi / Gurgaon Experience Required: 7 to 10 years Employment Type: Full-Time Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Face To Face Interview: 13th & 14th June 2025 Job Description: We are hiring a skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Employee Central . The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR business processes, hands-on configuration experience, and a proven track record of implementing SuccessFactors EC in dynamic business environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead or support SuccessFactors Employee Central end-to-end implementation projects. Configure EC modules including position management, job structure, workflows , etc. Collaborate with business and functional teams to define and gather requirements. Design and implement custom business rules, workflows, and integrations . Prepare functional design documents for integrations and reports. Conduct testing phases (unit, SIT, UAT) and support go-live activities. Provide end-user training and post-go-live support. Stay updated with quarterly releases and implement applicable changes. Required Skills: 7 to 10 years of overall SAP experience, with 7+ years in SuccessFactors Employee Central . Minimum 1 to 2 full lifecycle implementations in SuccessFactors EC. Strong knowledge of Foundation Objects, Associations, Data Models, Business Rules . Hands-on experience with integration tools (SAP CPI, Boomi, etc.). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in HR, Engineering, or Computer Science. SAP SuccessFactors EC Certification preferred. Nice to Have: Exposure to other modules like Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, or LMS . Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project methodologies. Experience working with global delivery teams .
