SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

As a Senior Associate in Groupe Talent Systems & Services at our company, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits, and IT Departments. Your primary responsibility will involve providing essential system requirement support and ensuring the effective configuration of the SuccessFactors Compensation Module. Your duties will include acting as a liaison between the HR, Compensation & Benefits, and IT Departments to offer system requirement support. You will be responsible for configuring solution requirements on the Success Factors Compensation Module, diagnosing issues, identifying improvement areas, and suggesting technology solutions. Additionally, you will monitor project-related issues, scope changes, and contingencies that may arise during projects. To excel in this role, you should possess an MBA degree with a major in Information Systems, Business Administration, or Human Resources from an accredited institution. You should have 5 to 6 years of experience in handling HR tools and at least 2 years of experience specifically in the SuccessFactors Compensation Module. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in SuccessFactors Compensation End-to-end implementation, MS Excel, translating business requirements into system configuration, and have a strong understanding of various HR functions and processes.
