Role Overview:

The SAP SuccessFactors Analyst & Reporting specialist will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and delivering HR data insights across SuccessFactors modules. This includes creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making and ensure data integrity across systems. The role requires strong analytical skills, deep understanding of SuccessFactors data structures, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards within

    SAP SuccessFactors (Canvas, Story, Table, Tile Reports)

    .
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights supporting strategic HR decisions.
  • Partner with HR business teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Ensure

    data accuracy and integrity

    across all SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, etc.).
  • Design and implement

    KPI and metric dashboards

    for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot reporting issues and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Support

    ad-hoc reporting

    requests and data extracts for audits or compliance requirements.
  • Stay updated with

    SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics / Reporting advancements

    and recommend best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 36 years of hands-on experience in

    SAP SuccessFactors reporting and analytics

    .
  • Expertise in

    SuccessFactors People Analytics (Story/Canvas/Table Reports)

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    HR processes

    and SuccessFactors data model (Employee Central, Recruiting, PMGM, etc.).
  • Experience with

    data validation, transformation, and visualization

    .
  • Proficiency in

    Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools

    (added advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP SuccessFactors in Reporting or People Analytics Certification.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple HR systems.
  • Exposure to

    Advanced Reporting or Workforce Analytics
