SuccessFactors ESM

hands-on experience in delivering ESM solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and configure

  SuccessFactors ESM module

  to support HR service requests, case management, and knowledge management processes.
• Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ESM solutions.
• Implement workflows, SLAs, and escalation mechanisms to streamline HR service delivery.
• Ensure seamless integration of ESM with other SuccessFactors modules (EC, PMGM, Onboarding, etc.) and enterprise systems.
• Provide support during UAT, cutover, and post-go-live activities.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including BRDs, configuration guides, and UAT sign-offs.
• Mentor team members and provide knowledge transfer to ensure sustainable in-house capability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 610 years of overall IT/HR systems experience with at least 46 years in

  SuccessFactors ESM or HR Service Delivery platforms

  .
• Strong understanding of

  HR case management, service requests, and knowledge base configuration

  .
• Hands-on experience in designing

  service workflows, SLAs, and escalation rules

  .
• Familiarity with integration of ESM with

  SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or other HR applications

  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with business and technical teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
