We are seeking candidates who possess: - A strong grasp of statutory laws such as PF, PT, ESIC, TDS, and insurance-related benefits. - An analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, HR dashboards, and reporting tools (experience with Power BI/Tableau is a plus). - Exceptional attention to detail, a process-oriented approach, and a focus on governance.
