SAP Successfactor EC Lead

As an EC Lead in the project, your role will involve overseeing the implementation of the Employee Central (EC) module in SuccessFactors projects. You will be responsible for leading a team of consultants, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of the EC module. Key Responsibilities: - Project Leadership: Lead the implementation of the EC module, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. - Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of EC consultants, providing guidance and support. - Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns. - System Design: Develop and oversee the design and configuration of the EC module. - Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of the EC module implementation. - Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process. - Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation. - Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.
