Job Description

As an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for providing L2/L3 application support across multiple SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, and Succession & Development. Your role will involve managing ticket resolution, minor enhancements, and ongoing system improvements within a multi-country, global support model. In the Employee Central (EC) module, you will handle configuration issues related to Foundation Objects, data models, business rules, and event reasons. Additionally, you will maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and ensure alignment with the organizational structure. Your responsibilities will also include resolving issues related to job information, position management, workflows, data correction, mass changes, imports, and EC audit compliance. For the Recruiting (RCM) module, you will provide support on requisition templates, offer approval workflows, and candidate status flows. You will assist with agency portals, job postings, candidate application issues, and manage permission-based access for recruiters and hiring managers. Furthermore, you will troubleshoot integration points with Onboarding and Employee Central. In the Onboarding 2.0 (ONB) module, you will maintain onboarding process configurations, such as email templates, New Hire Data Collection, Review Checklists, and Compliance Steps. You will address onboarding-related role issues, business rule errors, ensure functional data flows from Recruiting to Onboarding to Employee Central, and provide support for reboarding and crossboarding scenarios. Within the Performance & Goals (PMGM) module, you will support goal plan setup, performance form templates, route maps, troubleshoot workflow issues, calibration cycle errors, form launches, manage end-of-cycle activities, and align goals accordingly. In the Succession & Development module, you will support talent pool management, nomination methods, succession org charts, help business users with readiness assessments, talent profiles, career path planning, troubleshoot matrix grid reports, calibration readiness, and permissions. To excel in this role, you should have hands-on SuccessFactors support experience across at least 3 modules, strong knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration, admin tools, permissions (RBP), experience in global support environments with ticketing systems like Jira, exposure to multi-country SuccessFactors environments, and a good understanding of integration touchpoints (although no middleware handling is required).,
