As a Project Developer at the company located in Mohali, Punjab, India, your primary role is to be responsible for the development of projects, including new system implementations, maintenance, and improvements to existing systems. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing projects or identifying the best supplier based on project requirements and technical viability analysis - Monitoring and participating in project implementation - Performing project validation tests and supporting areas with system improvements - Responding to user inquiries and resolving doubts promptly - Monitoring and controlling project development and maintenance You will be involved in various activities and responsibilities such as: - Developing projects in collaboration with senior analysts or specialists to ensure alignment with supplier activities and services - Monitoring project implementation and ensuring compliance with scope and timeline through periodic meetings - Performing project validation tests with requesting areas and providing user training - Providing support to areas for system improvements and resolving user requests or incidents - Participating in meetings to define processes and needs for system development - Staying updated on technological innovations and industry changes - Preparing system manuals, procedures, and providing user training on new systems In addition to these responsibilities, you will be required to prepare and validate documentation, support suppliers for system development, monitor implementation, and execute validation tests for homologation to ensure the full functioning of current systems and successful implementation of new projects. You will also be responsible for preparing system manuals and procedures, documenting system processes, and providing user training on new systems.
