About the Role:

We are hiring a hands-on SAP Specialist to lead SAP operations, implementation, and support at our Goa plant. The ideal candidate will manage projects, guide junior team members, and coordinate with vendors and global partners.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP HANA, ABAP, and cross-module integration
• Hands-on with FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, HCM
• Proficient in Smart Forms, LSMW, IDOC, BAPI, Fiori
• Knowledge of Optisuite (Brillio Technologies) preferred
• Basic support & dashboarding in QlikView / BI Tools
• Ability to manage L1/L2 support and lead a small internal IT team
• Exposure to MySQL, MS Access, Java, Dotnet, PHP is a plus

Preferred Qualification:

• B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / M.Sc / M.Tech in Computers or related field
• SAP certification preferred
