Job Description

You are a skilled and experienced SAP Solution Architect specializing in SAP SuccessFactors, responsible for leading and delivering large-scale, multi-module implementation projects. Your role involves translating business requirements into system configurations, creating solution designs, and ensuring compliance with best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into system configurations and create solution designs for SAP SuccessFactors modules in compliance with best practices. - Design, implement, and maintain SAP solutions supporting business processes. - Provide efficient and effective consulting services to clients leveraging technical expertise and experience. - Act as a subject matter expert in implementing SAP SuccessFactors EC/ONB/Compensation Planning/SCDP/PMGM/LMS modules. - Collaborate with project managers, SuccessFactors module leads, configuration, and development teams to design optimal solutions for clients. - Deliver workable solutions focusing on SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration with other modules to meet client's business requirements. - Manage all project phases: Prepare, Explore, Realise (including configuration and testing), and Deploy (including data migration and management activities in SuccessFactors), and transition to Support. - Adhere to corporate standards, security guidelines, and sustainability, delivering within time constraints. - Evaluate project solution constraints, propose alternatives, alleviate risks, and propose solutions. - Identify sales opportunities at existing customers and communicate internally to the management team. - Support presales efforts as needed, including proposals, demonstrations, and presentations. - Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions with colleagues. - Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and solutions. - Define solutions to meet customer requirements. Qualifications: - 10-15 years of industry experience, including at least 5 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations in multiple modules. - Hold valid certification in at least 2-3 core SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment Management, and Onboarding with deep knowledge. - Good knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules such as PMGM, LMS, Compensation, etc., is an added value. - Good business knowledge in various HR processes and compensation management processes. - Experience in maintaining configuration workbooks, configuring Roles Based Permissions, provisioning, Families and Roles in the system, and creating ad-hoc reports. - Proficiency in XML configuration. - Immediate or short notice joiners preferred.,
