We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP SM (Service Management) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SM and possess a deep understanding of its functionalities and integrations. As an SAP SM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP SM solutions to meet our clients business needs.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SM functional and technical specifications.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP SM solutions to enhance service management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP SM with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP SM best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct system testing, user training, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants and team members.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP SM trends, tools, and technologies.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an SAP SM Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SM module and its integration with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FI.
• Proven experience in SAP SM configuration, customization, and implementation.
• Excellent understanding of service management processes and best practices.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager and SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Proficient in creating functional specifications, technical documentation, and user manuals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• SAP SM certification is a plus.
• Experience in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, or telecommunications.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
