Hi all,
Role Summary
You will drive the end-to-end deployment of SAP Signavio solutions (e.g. Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Process Governance, Collaboration Hub, Journey Modeller) within Daimler Truck. Your role is key in enabling process transparency, harmonization and continuous improvement, supporting key initiatives such as transformations, process mining, and operational excellence in manufacturing and business units globally.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. 5- years of experience in process management / business process transformation / process mining projects, preferably in manufacturing, automotive or similar industries. Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio tools (Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Governance modules etc.).Strong knowledge of process modelling notations: BPMN 2.0, EPC, etc.
Experience working with SAP business processes and understanding of how process flows run across these.
Good understanding of systems integration: APIs, data pipelines, connectors, etc.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; experience working with cross-functional teams, ability to present to senior leadership.
Familiarity with process governance frameworks, change management, standards, modelling best practices.
Structured thinking and problem solving; ability to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
Good-to-Have
Experience with global process rollouts.
Experience integrating Signavio with service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow), workflow tools, or governance tools.
Experience in operational excellence methodologies (Lean, Six-Sigma etc.).
Multilingual skills if working across regions.
Performance Metrics / KPIs
Number of processes modelled / as-is & to-be completed
% of process improvement / efficiency gains (time, cost, quality)
Adoption rate of Signavio across business units / sites
Accuracy and timeliness of insights from process mining / intelligence work
User satisfaction / change management success
ROI / Value delivered from process transformation initiatives.
