Job Title/ Role: Success Factors Recruitment Management (RCM) Functional Consultant

Job Summary: SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM) expert who has have 8+ years of experience SAP/ Success Factor experience and atleast 3 full life cycle implementation. The candidate will have the ability to gathering requirements to analyse, design and/or implement SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM) >

Roles and Responsibilities: The Consultant will have the following broad responsibilities:

• Provide high-level solution design and integration dessign

• Define and manage the deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives.

• Be a hands-on application expert and prepare / review project deliverables

• Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture

• Lead design workshops with the client.

• Provide impact assessment for Quarterly Releases

• Enrich and develop reusable (accelerators, enablers) for SuccessFactors>

Experience and skill set required: The candidate should hold a Degree/ Masters on Information Technology or an MBA Graduate or equivalent.

Certification in Success Factors Recruiting is a must

Should have the following skills:

o 10+ years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant in the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module having 3+ Recruiting implementation experience. Experience of working in multi country project will be advantage.

o To provide expertise in configuring Recruiting in terms of global business requirements. Should understand country specific localizations

o Strong understanding of Recruiting Data models JRDM, CPT, CDM and Offer Details

o Strong expertise in Picklists management, User access through role based permissions, Organization Structure, Job Structures Management, Route Maps, Applicant Status set configuration, business rules configurations , Job Applications

o Strong expertise in picklist, email notifications, offer letter templates, Translations updates

o Custom help text, system notifications

o Strong expertise in concept of Recruiting operators..

o Expertise in a proposing the solutions to business. Must have good experience in designing the functional and technical solutions.

o Should have extensively worked in XML.

o Ability to use CPE, CAS as required

o Worked on Interview central, Interview Schedule

o Excellent written ad verbal communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business and report writing

o Must have worked Instance Sync

o Ability to work on EC/ Onb integration/ Position Management

o Worked on in bound and out bound interfaces for RCM

o Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.

o Experience with building data migration strategy and data management activities in SF

o Have worked on end to end testing cycle. Worked in SIT and UAT testing cycle

o Should have good knowledge in writing RCM test scripts and integration test scripts

o Experience in automation of test scripts will be advantage
