SAP SF Architect

As an experienced Solution Architect specializing in SAP SuccessFactors, your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end architectural design for SAP SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements. You will ensure that the designs adhere to best practices, promote scalability, and are aligned with the business requirements. Additionally, you will provide expert guidance and hands-on support across various SAP SuccessFactors modules, including configuration and ongoing implementation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the architectural design for SAP SuccessFactors implementations - Providing expert guidance and hands-on capability across different SAP SuccessFactors modules - Architecting complex integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems - Defining and executing robust data migration strategies - Leveraging hands-on experience with SAP HCM to ensure smooth coexistence or transition strategies - Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, present architectural solutions, and manage expectations - Leading the resolution of technical and functional challenges - Providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to implementation teams - Contributing to the long-term HR technology roadmap Qualifications required for this role include: - 10-15 years of extensive experience in HR Technology with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors - Demonstrated expertise in multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules and their end-to-end implementation lifecycle - Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and understanding of its integration points with SuccessFactors - Proven experience in designing and implementing complex integrations using APIs and middleware solutions - Solid background in data migration strategies for HR systems - Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills - Proven leadership abilities Having the following skills would be advantageous: - SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in relevant modules - Experience with other cloud HRIS platforms or related HR technologies - Knowledge of agile methodologies in project delivery - Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud for workforce analytics If you are passionate about leading architectural design, providing expert guidance across SAP SuccessFactors modules, and leveraging your experience in HR technology, then this role is perfect for you.,
