SAP Senior Analyst, LE & EWM

Role Overview: Shure, a global leader in professional audio electronics, is seeking a passionate and motivated Senior Analyst in the logistics area, including Logistics Execution, Warehouse Management, and Trade Compliance. As part of the Global IT SAP Team, you will be responsible for enabling new capabilities, providing application support, and collaborating with the global team to drive value and maximize business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Provide solution expertise, design solutions, configure systems, and implement integrated end-to-end solutions. - Collaborate with global business stakeholders, understand requirements, demonstrate SAP Functional expertise, analyze fit/gap, and propose solution design options. - Adhere to IT guiding principles, leverage standard processes, minimize customization, drive business value, and ensure a positive customer experience. - Stay updated on SAP technologies, propose innovative solutions, provide impact analysis for enhancements, and support application maintenance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to solution design, integration, testing, and implementation. - Support SAP development and security teams during the project lifecycle, including planning, blueprinting, development, testing, and implementation. - Ensure compliance with security and data standards, support data governance processes, and participate in all project phases. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise systems implementation, SAP EWM, Logistics Execution (LE), and Trade Compliance. - Experience with SAP MM and SAP SD is a plus. - Deep understanding of SAP integration points, technical tools, and functionalities. - Proficiency in project management methodologies, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to learn new technologies, and willingness to travel if required.,
