About The Role :
We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Solution Architect specializing in User Access Management (UAM) with deep expertise in SAP R/3, S/4HANA, and Fiori Security.The role requires strong hands-on implementation skills, end-to-end role design, migration expertise, and compliance knowledge to support complex SAP landscapes.Key Responsibilities :
- Perform authorization maintenance and role administration in SAP R/3 and S/4HANA.- Design and maintain Fiori application roles in both embedded and hub deployments.- Lead R/3 to S/4HANA security migration projects.- Maintain BI/BW analysis authorizations.- Manage rollouts and upgrade-related security activities in R/3 and GRC.- Work with CHARM in Solution Manager for UAM change requests.- Configure and maintain GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM).- Apply SoD concepts and ensure SOX compliance across R/3, S/4HANA, BW, and Fiori.- Ensure compliance with ITGC Access Controls in the SAP landscape.Behavioral Requirements :

- Engineering degree (or equivalent) with 6+ years of SAP implementation experience.- Expertise in Core SAP ECC and S/4HANA Security; GRC knowledge is an added advantage.- Proven track record as Senior Consultant / Solution Architect on large SAP implementations.- Ability to analyze business requirements and design intuitive security solutions.- Experience with SAP module integration processes including interfaces.- Exposure to SAP Cloud Applications (BTP, IAG) and ITGC controls is a plus.- Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to interact at all business levels.
