Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Security Design & Implementation:
Create, configure, and maintain security roles and profiles across SAP modules (S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori).
GRC Management:
Configure and support SAP GRC Access Control (ARM, ARA, EAM, BRM) and Process Control.
Risk & Compliance:
Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, risk assessments, and role remediation.
User Access Management:
Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
Audit Support:
Assist internal/external audits by providing security data and control evidence.
Technical Expertise:
Handle ABAP security, Fiori security, Firefighter ID management, and support for major security incidents/changes.
Consultation:
Advise business process owners and project teams on security best practices, policies, and solutions.

Essential Skills:

Strong SAP authorization and user management knowledge.
Proven experience with SAP GRC Access Control/Process Control.
Understanding of S/4HANA, Fiori, and general SAP security architecture.
Analytical skills for risk analysis and process improvement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Typical Experience:

Full lifecycle SAP security implementations.
Experience with SAP GRC 10/12.0.
Understanding of manufacturing (MM, PP, QM) or other relevant SAP modules.
