SAP SD/OTC Customer and Master Data Management

You are a passionate and experienced SAP SD/OTC Customer Master data Consultant who will join a dynamic team at TELUS Digital. Your role will involve managing and optimizing master data processes to ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, and governance across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Must have 5-8 years of experience. - Lead the implementation and ongoing enhancements of SAP OTC processes in the professional services industry. - Good knowledge of Customer Master data management and Business partner in S/4 HANA. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, configure systems, and ensure successful delivery. - Provide subject matter expertise on SAP Project Systems, subscription billing, pricing, solution and sales order management, and revenue recognition areas. - Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to optimize order-to-cash processes. - Configure and customize the SAP SD/ OTC module to meet business requirements. - Conduct system testing, support user acceptance testing, and facilitate smooth deployments. - Provide guidance, support, and training to the project team and end-users. - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and advancements in SAP SD/ OTC functionality. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology) or equivalent experience. - Experience in SAP OTC functional roles, focusing on order-to-cash processes. - Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Project Systems, subscription billing, revenue recognition, contracts, sales and solution orders, pricing in a professional services industry context. - Proven experience leading SAP OTC implementations and optimizations. - Excellent understanding of business processes related to order-to-cash, including pricing, contracts, billing, and revenue recognition.
