Hiring Lead Functional Consultant/Solution Architect

Experience: 10+Years (Strictly in SAP SD)

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Pune

Availability: 0-60Days

Position: Fulltime Opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Independently take up and participate in Business Blueprint workshops, Design End to End solution, Realization, Cut-over, Go Live and Post production support for at least three customer implementation projects in SAP SD / MM module.
• The candidate must have strong design and implementation knowledge of either SAP SD or MM mainly covering Pricing, OTC process / Purchasing process, Master data, Enterprise elements and SD / MM - Finance integration.
• Fundamental working knowledge of ABAP - covering Data Dictionary objects, Debugging and basic exposure to Exits will be an added advantage.
• Should possess natural analytical way of thinking and troubleshooting issues.
• Bachelors or better in Computer Science or related field.
• Must possess excellent communication and client handling skills.
• Hands on experience on SAP- SD experience with a minimum of one-year domain experience.
• Should be willing to travel onsite on short notices
• Preferred Thorough understanding of finance is a plus.
• Prior Vistex implementation experience is a plus.

Experience Requirements & Expectations (Finalized)

• Total Experience:

  Minimum

  10+ years

  of relevant ERP/consulting experience (strictly real; no fabricated experience)

• Implementation Experience:

  At least

  3+ full-length end-to-end implementation projects

  , including Ownership of key deliverables from

  Blueprint to Go-Live

  .
• Roles that involve only support, enhancements, upgrades, unit testing, or build phase participation

  will not

  be counted as full E2E experience.

• Project Responsibility:

  Must have played a

  critical/crucial role

  in project implementations with

  direct client engagement

  throughout the lifecycle.

• Client Facing:

  Should have been actively client-facing, engaged in scoping, design discussions, solution walkthroughs, and post-go-live stabilization.

• Solution Design Exposure:

  Strong exposure to

  Solution Design & Architecture

  is a must.

• Additional Value-Add Skills:

• ABAP skills

  and/or cross-functional exposure in

  MM, CRM, or other SAP modules

  will be an advantage.

• Travel & Client Location Exposure:

• Should have visited

  client locations

  for project work (preferred regions:

  South Asia, MENA, SEA, ANZ

  ; experience in

  NA/SA/EMEA

  is also valued).

• Career Consistency:

  Consistent track record in terms of experience progression and upskilling.

• Role & Domain Commitment:

• The candidate will be expected to work on

  Vistex

  engagements post-joining.
• No transition back to traditional

  SAP SD

  roles after onboarding to Vistex.

• Work Location & Travel:

• Work-from-Office (WFO)

  is mandatory per the assigned office (

  Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, or Chennai

  )
• Must be willing to travel up to

  ~30%

  as per client requirements (short-term travel ranging from 1 week up to 6 weeks).

• Long-Term Commitment:

  Must be willing to work with Vistex for a

  minimum of 45 years

  and beyond.
