Job Description Position Summary We are looking for SAP SD & CRM consultant to join our team. Responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SD module and CRM application. This role involves working closely with SD users to understand their financial processes and requirements and translating them into SAP system configurations. Role / Responsibilities Analyze and gather business requirements for the SAP SD module. Design, configure, and test SAP SD functionalities including sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, and credit management. ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Work on integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI, TM, etc.). Handle support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents in a timely manner. Create functional specifications for custom developments. Provide end-user training and documentation. Collaborate with ABAP developers, business users, and other SAP functional consultants. Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations. Ensure data integrity and system performance across SD & CRM processes. Work closely with stakeholders to improve and streamline the order-to-cash cycle. Knowledge & Skills ¢ Proven experience in SAP SD & CRM. Strong knowledge of the SAP SD module: sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management. ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Strong knowledge of CRM functionalities such as Pre/Post Sale Processes & Marketing activities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, Project Management and client-facing skills. Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks. SAP SD certification will be preferred. Manufacturing industry background experience. Should be willing to learn new skills / area and ready to take a responsibility. Travel Position will require to travel to other locations/ plants /offices as per the business needs.
