Job Summary:

SAP SD Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in full lifecycle

  SAP S/4HANA SD implementations

  , upgrades, and rollouts.
• Design, configure, and test SD processes with a focus on

  Order-to-Cash (O2C)

  including:
• Sales order processing
  
• Pricing and billing
  
• Shipping and delivery
  
• Credit management
  
• Customer master data
  
• Returns and refunds
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, PP, and technical teams to ensure integrated solutions.
  
• Conduct business requirement analysis and translate them into functional specifications.
  
• Provide day-to-day support and continuous improvements for SAP SD modules.
  
• Support data migration, testing, cutover planning, and hypercare post go-live.
  
• Ensure compliance with global process standards and controls.
  
• Train end-users and create system documentation and work instructions.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD/O2C processes.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  
• Minimum7+

  years

  of hands-on experience in

  SAP SD

  , including

  2+ years in S/4HANA

  environments.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in the

  Order-to-Cash process

  .
• Experience in at least

  one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation

  .
• Familiarity with Fiori apps and S/4HANA innovations in SD.
  
• Good integration knowledge with

  SAP MM, FI, and LE

  modules.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  
• Experience with

  E-Invoicing

  ,

  IDocs

  ,

  ALE

  , and

  EDI

  integrations is a plus.
