Technical Skills:

• Must have 4-6 yrs of experience preferably with SAP BW background
• Strong experience in supporting

  SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

   which includes administration, modelling, planning and reporting.
• Proficiency in handling enhancements in

  data modelling

  , including measures, dimensions, and hierarchies.
• Understanding of

  SAC security models

  , including row-level security and team management.
• Experience with

  data integration

   tools and connectivity (Viz SAP BW, HANA, S/4HANA, OData, or SQL).
• Familiarity with

  data level security

   and best practices.
• Lead testing and defect resolution of implemented SAP Analytics solutions
• Quick learner with decent solutioning tactic
• Should work as individual contributor with solutioning, stewardship, accountability qualities also should be a team player

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAC Support & Maintenance:

• Provide day-to-day support for

  SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

   applications, including dashboards, reports, and models.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, such as performance optimization, access issues, and data inconsistencies.
• Monitor SAC system performance and ensure minimal downtime.

2. User Management & Security:

• Manage user roles and permissions, ensuring proper

  row-level security

   (e.g., UGDN-based approach).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain security standards and manage access requests.
• Support the implementation of best practices for user and role management in SAC.

3. Issue Resolution:

• Identify and resolve incidents related to SAC functionalities such as data integration, connectivity, modeling, and visualization.
• Collaborate with the other stakeholders (Internal and external) to resolve technical challenges.
• Highlight complex issues to SAP support and ensure timely resolution.

4. Reporting & Analytics Enhancements:

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of new SAC dashboards, stories, and reports as per business requirements.
• Optimize and enhance existing reports for improved user experience and performance.
• Provide recommendations for data visualization improvements and SAC features.

5. Collaboration & Documentation:

• Work closely with business users, developers, and analysts to understand and resolve SAC-related issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation for SAC configurations, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
• Train end-users and provide ongoing support for SAC tools and functionalities.
