Job Description

Duties and responsibilities: The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP sales distribution to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. The candidate should have knowledge of SAP implementation methodology i.e. ASAP and Active Methodology. Ability to configure OTC processes in S/4HANA and should have knowledge of simplification in SD module. Deep knowledge of SD Enterprise structure, Business partner, FSCM-Credit management, SD Pricing and scenarios like 3rd party Sales, Intercompany, Stock Transfer, Consignment Sales, Returns, Debit, credit process and logistics execution. Deep knowledge of Logistics information system (LIS). Hands-on experience of data migration cockpit in S/4HANA. Strong integration knowledge with MM, WM, PP FICO modules. Ability to write RICEFW specifications for custom development. Experience on IDOC and third-party interfaces are also important. Ability to lead OTC value stream in global implementation. Also, able to lead the SD Team in Implementations. Design and testing of sales distribution module. Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and training on SAP products to clients. Acts as OTC lead with the client for troubleshooting: investigates, analyses, and solves software problems and maps client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs. Qualifications: Masters Degree (Preferably in Business Administration). Minimum 10 years of SAP SD configuration experience. Must have at least four full lifecycle SAP implementation experience (Project Preparation thru Go-Live and Hyper care) and at least two full lifecycle S/4HANA greenfield implementations. Strong understanding of Taxation and pricing. Business knowledge and process design skills. Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations. Strong organizational skills. Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Good interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload. Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines. Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision. Must be an effective problem solver. Must be willing to travel in America when required. Reading and understanding of ABAP code; preferred.
