SAP S/4HANA ABAP (Backend & Archiving) 4-6 years (S/4HANA: 2+ years)

ODATA Services, CDS, S/4HANA (AMDP, CDS, Modeling & Scripting) 2+ years

Global Template Development & Rollouts 2+ years

ABAP Object-Oriented Programming 2+ years

SAP ILM Archiving & Data Retention 2+ years

Document & Print List Archiving 2+ years

Business Process Knowledge (Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) 2+ years

SAP Data Archiving (At least 3 end-to-end implementations) Required?

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Business Suite on HANA or S/4HANA Archiving
• Awareness of ILM functionality supporting GDPR compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP Archiving & ILM Implementation:

  • Review existing archiving strategies and define scope within the SAP landscape.
  • Configure ILM Archiving Objects for data retention, retrieval, and deletion.
  • Implement document and print list archiving, legacy decommissioning, and tax reports using Data Retention Tool (DaRT).

• Technical Development & Optimization:

  • Develop and enhance ODATA services, CDS, AMDP, and S/4HANA modeling.
  • Execute database analysis and create archiving roadmaps.
  • Schedule and manage catch-up and ongoing archiving runs, optimizing performance.

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Conduct workshops and present findings to key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with functional and infrastructure teams to refine data-related requirements.
  • Support cross-functional teams with testing, validation, and knowledge transfer.

• Project Execution & Quality Assurance:

  • Lead archiving and ILM workshops.
  • Prepare project documentation and understand key business process flows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
