Details: Job Description Stefanini Inc ('Stefanini') is a global technology company providing a full-service of onshore, nearshore, and offshore services; systems integration/development and consulting; and strategic staffing services to Fortune 1,000 enterprises worldwide Stefanini is a leader in Workplace Services, Infrastructure Outsourcing, Application Services, and BPO We work with our Customers to digitally transform their business for today's dynamic environment, Today, Stefanini's global presence spans across four (4) continents, 41 countries with 70 offices and more than 38,000 employees speaking 44 languages, Convert documented requirements and proposed solutions into solid scalable systems designs to be developed by others, in India or the US Analyze the design to understand areas of impact and develop test plans accordingly, Configure SAP system to meet design needs Work with ABAP developers to understand the designs and validate that the software solution will satisfy the business needs, Assist Development staff in development and unit testing of these designs, regardless of development language, Develop test strategies and execute application test plans (Manual as well as Automated), Work effectively with business users and other Analysts across multiple geographies for gathering requirements and workshops, Perform testing and assist testing staff in executing test plans in places where a separate testing team is available, Troubleshoot reported systems issues, using data analysis and debugging tools as necessary, To provide feedback to the Development team and Functional team to ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and the quality requirements, Communicate regularly with Configuration Analysts at Corporate Headquarters to stay current on new and changed business processes and systems enhancements, To provide regular verbal communication and clear written documentation on all assignments, To provide estimates and feedback to the Software Development Manager for project scheduling purposes, Job Requirements Details: Minimum 12+ years of experience in SAP Materials Management, Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management is a must, Minimum 8 years of experience is required with EWM (Extended Warehouse management) within SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC Platforms Good experience in areas like Master Data, Inbound, Outbound with shipment, Storage Control, Wave Management, Labor Management, Yard Management and Cross Docking in EWM, Internal Processes, Production Integration, RF functionality etc Good understanding of SAP EWM Outbound, Inbound and Internal processes with VAS, Quality Inspections and EGR, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, Posting Changes Experience in creation of Master Data i-e, Packaging Specifications, Warehouse Organizational Structure, Settings for Handling Units etc Should have sound knowledge and experience in configuring/modifying Post Processing Framework in SAP EWM Along with a strong expertise in setting up the system integration between SAP ERP with SAP EWM At least 3 full lifecycle, SAP system Implementation (configuration) experience in Warehouse Management is required, Excellent organization, communication, analysis, and planning skills, Work experience within an environment following a structured SDLC methodology, Ability to drive discussion / change with Business users Proven experience of testing complex test plans/scripts, Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio) software, Strong and polished English communication, both written and oral, Good to have Certified in SAP EWM Experience in SAP Mobile Technologies Implementations using: SAP Console/ITS Mobile/RFID for Radio Frequency Framework Solution design Deep understanding of business skills and procedures, Experience with full project lifecycle, Working experience within a variety of technical architectures, Knowledge of ABAP and Fiori a plus,
