Job Description

Key Skills: SAP PP, SAP MM, SAP PM, SAP FICO Roles and Responsibilities: Developing and executing Business Process and IT General Controls testing scripts. Developing control activity narratives for configuration controls and execute configuration controls testing within SAP. Documenting the results and highlight the exceptions noted. Preparing manual control procedures. Preparing control documentation for Segregation of Duties mitigating controls. Reviewing the RICEFW documents and noting down the exceptions. Execution of key reports (custom and standard) within SAP. Perform post go live controls assessment. Support in preparation activities to map risks and controls to processes. Attending design sessions to document and collaborate on key takeaways. Mapping controls onto end-to-end process flows. Assessing client Risk and Controls Matrix against our leading practice with guidance from the manager. Reviewing project and process documentation to understand end to end business processes with guidance from the manager. Reviewing the RACM along with the Control Owners documentation. Skills Required: Demonstrates an advanced understanding of business processes related to core SAP ERP systems. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of the design, implementation, and/or assessment of Business Process and IT General Controls, including a significant understanding of the systems implementation lifecycle, including configuring and optimizing controls. Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA. Demonstrates knowledge of accounting and audit considerations. Capability: Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively with functional/technical colleagues to develop controls solutions. Experience leading teams and coaching junior members of staff. Helping them develop technically and personally. Demonstrates an ability to act independently and think critically about client needs and solutions to them. Able to translate best practice into working solutions. Demonstrates thorough abilities to identify and address client needs, including developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships and understanding of the client's business. Demonstrates a willingness to work with new technologies and learn new skills. Shows a commitment to continual development both technically and personally. Experience: 3+ years of experience working with Business Process and IT General Controls within SAP. Ideally experience in the fields of accounting and/or IT. Ideally experience working in a Big 4 or similar consulting environment. Education: Bachelor's degree (field not explicitly mentioned but implied based on skills and role requirements).
