Job Description

You should have expertise in SAP MM - Material Management at an advanced level and SAP Retail at an advanced level. It is essential to have experience in SAP testing and it would be beneficial to have experience in SAP S4 implementation. You must possess a strong understanding of different SDLC and Testing life cycles. Effective oral and written communication skills are necessary, along with proficient documentation and presentation abilities. You should be skilled in coordinating with Business analysts, ABAB team, and Functional analysts. Understanding core SAP functional business process flow and designing end-to-end business process flow are key requirements. Proficiency in using any Test management tool is expected. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing software testing planning and strategy, following testing best practices, standards, methodologies, and testing metrics. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining different testing KPIs, as well as training and mentoring resources on testing best practices and methodologies. Ensuring that development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance, and defect management is crucial. You will need to continuously improve testing and validation processes and motivate the team. Collaborating with the automation team in sharing functional knowledge, script development, and remediation is also part of the role. Experience in preparing Test reporting will be an added advantage.,
