SAP Project Manager

NTT DATA is looking for a Senior SAP Program Manager to join their team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Senior SAP Program Manager at NTT DATA Services, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing end-to-end SAP S/4HANA rollout programs. Your responsibilities will include ensuring successful planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of large-scale implementations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and internal teams, driving alignment across business and IT. In this role, you will be required to develop detailed program plans that encompass timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and change control processes. Your goal will be to ensure that program objectives are achieved on schedule, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with multiple SAP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, managing cross-functional delivery teams effectively. As a Senior SAP Program Manager, you will establish strong governance by implementing program-level reporting, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communication. Collaboration with SAP solution architects, functional consultants, and technical teams will be crucial to ensure that the solution meets the business needs effectively. You will be responsible for driving proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring a smooth transition to support and operational readiness post go-live. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 10 years of experience in SAP program and project management, including a minimum of 2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations. You should have a proven track record of managing large, global ERP rollouts with complex stakeholder environments. A deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA capabilities across functional areas like Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain is essential. Experience in managing remote, cross-functional teams, expertise in program governance, issue resolution, change management, and stakeholder communications are desired skills for this role. Candidates with experience in regulated industries such as manufacturing, life sciences, or healthcare will be preferred. Possessing a PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus. A Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field is required, while a Masters degree will be an added advantage.
